Code of Conduct

  • We do not provide consulting services for people that have not scheduled an appointment or session. We will not read for people without their express consent.
  • All consultations are  private and confidential.
  • A consultation is a two-way process. We will ask questions and appreciate your involvement. This helps us understand your situation and honor your free will. Consultations are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as 100% accurate. There are no guarantees implied or stated. Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times.
  • Consultations are not meant to be a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and/ or treatment. Our practitioners do not diagnose conditions or interfere with any course of action recommended by a licensed medical or legal professional.  
  • We are certified as a required reporters, so if there is something in our consultation that we suspect will cause harm to yourself or other, we will report it to the proper authorities.
  • If you are under 16, we want a parent or guardian present in the room during the consultation. If you are between 16-18, we will read privately as long as a parent present in the building and pays for the consultation.
  • Our consultations begin on time unless arrangements have been made 24 hours before. For example, if you are 10 minutes late, your session will be reduced by 10 minutes. Failure to keep appointments will result in reduced availability. We may cancel your consultation and offer a refund at any time during the appointment.
